When you contact us or apply for a camp, we may receive your name, contact details, training background, preferences and the information you choose to submit. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information by ordinary email or WhatsApp. Any health-related information requested for safe participation should be limited to what is necessary and handled with appropriate explicit consent and safeguards.
We use your details to answer enquiries, assess applications, organise bookings and deliver coaching. Our legal bases may include steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract and legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. Where explicit consent is required, such as for certain health information or optional marketing, we will ask for it separately.
Our application link opens Tally, which processes form submissions on its platform. WhatsApp, Instagram and email providers may also process communications. Please review their applicable privacy notices. We do not operate an active newsletter signup on this site at present.
We retain information only as long as needed for enquiries, bookings, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping. Information may be shared with service providers who support these activities, subject to appropriate protections. International transfers, where applicable, require suitable safeguards.
