A high performance training week in Mallorca built for those who care deeply about performance, standards and the process behind getting better.

Created by athletes and coaches who have lived the full spectrum of training and competition, from endurance sports to hybrid racing. This is a week built around purposeful training, relentless progression and an environment that brings out your best.

Expect demanding sessions, mountain miles, recovery, good company and the energy that comes from being surrounded by others pushing in the same direction. Expect to make friends for life.

What you get
Across the week you will be coached through training, movement and recovery with a focus on long-term performance. You will not only complete sessions, but learn why you are doing them and how they should feel.
You will gain insight into your own system through coaching, observation and performance testing. We identify where you lose efficiency, where you waste energy and what limits your performance.
We work on movement quality, running efficiency and transitions so that your output becomes more controlled and sustainable.
You will also be introduced to practical tools for breathing, recovery, nervous system regulation and daily structure.

October climate averages 22–25°C. Bring trail shoes for the mountain days.
Transfer pick-up & drop-off
Training transfer — Central Palmanova
Pick-up and drop-off by car / minivan to and from all training facilities. This is not an airport transfer. We recommend staying within walking distance of the indicated parking in Palmanova.

How do I secure my spot?
Full payment is required upon invoice. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
What is the refund policy?
Payments are non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled by At First Light Performance.
Can I transfer my spot?
Yes — if you cannot attend, your spot may be transferred to another participant.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend personal travel and sports insurance. A participation waiver is required upon booking.
What fitness level is required?
The camp is built for people who train regularly and want to improve. You don't need to be a competitive HYROX athlete, but you should be comfortable with twice-daily training sessions.
When does booking close?
End of July 2026, or sooner if spots fill. We expect the camp to sell out — register early.
